I doubt that there will be a 3rd edition; I only added the new parts (the current HF and hamstring exercises) a year or so ago when the second edition was released.

 

I do have another book completely written (and will all new images and ~70 new illustrations), but it has another title (Stretching for every body). And with the experiences of the last 12 months, I really feel I need to rewrite much of the introductory material to incorporate the pulsing and ballistics aspects.

 

Because the new book is organised by function, and not class structure, it is a considerable departure from S&F ed. 1 and 2, so it must have a new title, I feel. Realistically, end 2016 would be the earliest release, I think, unless Miss O brings that schedule forward. In the fist few months of 2016, it will be full production on the new programs.
