Ben Goldacre (of Bad Science fame)

Ben Goldacre, a medical doctor (by training), statistician, journalist and book author, wrote The Guardian column 'Bad Science' for many years. I have just finished Bad Pharma, and am reading Bad Science. 

 

Cannot recommend him highly enough! In fact, I have got up from my bed where I was with the book, and switched on my PC to write this, right this moment :-)

Bad Science was fantastic, I highly recommend it too! (Although it made me furious in parts, that was due to the topic not the writing or author).

I had the same feeling when reading/listening to him. And sometimes I was in stitches with laughter. I love intelligent humour with a hint of cynicism.
