Emmet Louis Posted July 3, 2015 Posted July 3, 2015 I'm starting shooting a new season of youtube videos next week. Anything in particular you would like covered? For those who haven't seen this is my channel https://www.youtube.com/user/EmmetLouis
ChrisScott Posted July 3, 2015 Posted July 3, 2015 I'm making good progress with bridging with just feet elevated bridges however I'm aiming for a backwards walkover so would be interested in other bridging techniques that could help.

ChrisScott Posted July 3, 2015 Posted July 3, 2015 Ahh shit, how did I miss that? Haha I guess as it's a new goal, I didn't really pay attention to it when looking at your stuff previously. Cheers man!
Geotrismegistos Posted July 4, 2015 Posted July 4, 2015 Some more freestanding headstand tips, particularly optimal alignment (neck, spine). 2
Maarten Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 Just seen your head to toe video. Like it very much, definately a goal! Is it possible to make a video how to get to the prerequisites? I have seen a short post on your facebook about hamstring mobility, perhaps you can make that into a video like this one with a demo's? Perhaps also the one with the Quick and dirty splits routine. Thanks! 1
Ciaran Posted July 24, 2015 Posted July 24, 2015 Some progressions into some basic (I assume, haha!) acrobatics would be sweet! Would love to start some basic flipping. I am assuming though that you learned this in, was it circus school?
Emmet Louis Posted July 24, 2015 Author Posted July 24, 2015 Cregan: I'm in two minds if tumbling can be taught effectively in an online format. Its too easy to pick up bad habits which you won't notice til you're face planting on something more advanced.
