To everyone: we have added the real version of the Single Leg Dog Pose—can someone who has bought the Program see whether it now downloads properly, and free to you? I am assuming that when you replace (in this case a placeholder) with a video in a Series you own, you should now be able to download the just-inserted video free. Please let me know!

Well I've gone and logged in, and while all the other videos have the little green download sign, that one has it in white saying I have to pay $2.00. If I click on the title, a new window opens saying $2.00 as well.

Jim.

(And I got an email saying a new video had been added to the series - so obviously it thinks its a new video, not just the old one in a new guise.)

Hi Kit,

The video showed up in the list, but it looks like it still needs to be purchased separate from the original purchase of the program.

Hi Kit, the video is up. I got an email from vimeo alerting me. I had no trouble viewing it. It just replaced the temporary video.

I was able to download "4. E2 Single Leg Dog Pose (SLDP)" without any cost. I'm assuming that this is the new one. But now there is a new video in the first spot that says not to download and costs $1.

I also got an alert from Vimeo via e-mail and when I log in, Vimeo wants to charge me $2.00 for "4. E2 Single Leg Dog Pose (SLDP)," despite the fact that I purchased the entire series.

FYI, apparently whatever issues going on at Vimeo that didn't recognize that I had purchased MTP were resolved; I was able to download the SLDP without being asked to pay $2 for it.

Hi everyone ! I just bought "Master the pike" and I really don't know how it works, is it a program based on progressions ? I would like to know how to make a weekly schedule and how the workouts should looks like; I indeed had a acceptable pike, In a standing pile was able to touch the floor with fingers facing backwards but I had a little injury on my left hamstring and in consequence I lost some ROM and If I try to reach a very aggressive depth it turns somewhat uncomfortable at the area lower area of my left glut. Now I'm only able to touch the floor with my fingertips, but now with this program I'm hoping to recover my old ROM.

Thanks for letting us know the link is broken. I will let @Kit_L address whether or not this is intentional. The PDFs might be getting a makeover or something! If it's not intentional, then I'm sure we can get it sorted out in no time. In the meantime, all of the info is in the videos! :D
