Kit - I'll deal with the major issues in a few days time. But first - to save you the trouble of ordering a copy of my book through Amazon, I'd be very pleased to send you an authors copy. It is perfect except that the highly literate publisher has misspelled the word Physiology on the spine. Your website does not have your postal address as far as I can see - maybe you could let me know what it is (by a PM if necessary).

I was concerned to see that Amazon said it would not ship. I did a dummy order ot the full-price version, and it said it would send it OK. Googling why Amazon will not always ship, I wondered if you were trying to buy a less than full price version which may therefore have come from a third party; some of these will not ship overseas. I have also just ordered OK another book for myself from Amazon, so their system is working. Anyway, if you tell me your address, then you should get your copy in a few days time.
