See the description of the workshop:

http://kitlaughlin.c.../st-for-gst.php

If there is enough interest, we might be able to put one of these on in other locations, too; please let Miss O (Olivia) know if you are interested. She can be contacted by PM here or her emails address is available from our site (I would rather not put it here).

I intend to have the downloadable products available by mid-year; we start shooting in a couple of weeks.

If anyone is, or knows, a hotshot FCPX editor, contact me by email or PM, here.

We are TOTALLY excited by this!

Richard,

I will append a draft content plan for one of the programs in a new thread in a moment. Each of the programs (any entry from the list above) will be available separately; everyone has their own tight areas. Re. how these will be released, here's the plan.

You can buy individual programs, or buy a bundle. The individual programs will be available for $4.99 or thereabouts, and most contain 8-10 exercise elements, and most contain fascial releases, as well, and all contain our own ST mobility elements. Each program will be as complete as we can make them, so if you buy (for example) the Master the pancake, it will have all the techniques you need for that gymnastic body shape.

And there will be a generous discount for anyone who wants all the programs (the list above). And when we know more about what people want, and as we refine and improve individual programs (because continuous refinement is what our work is all about; it is changing more rapidly now than ever before), then we will make those refined programs available free to early adopters.

I will post one of the plans so you can get an idea of the content of a single program as a separate thread.

If anyone reading is a back-end tech guy or girl who knows IBP (this board's software) well, please contact me; we may be able to offer you some work. And still looking for a decent FCPX editor, too.
