AndeL Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 I had a great session with this last night, locked in my walk-in wardrobe with the beanie over my eyes. Instead of doing strong contractions, I did the most minimal/relaxed effort I could. The theory being just to play at the edges of relaxation in the c-r section. The 'strong, stronger' cues I took to mean referring to my relaxation efforts Really got me there.
