shihdavid
Hi Kit, Thank you for helping me again. The following is what i want to share with you and others. The lady is about 24-28 now, she had "GMS" because she said her body is weak in younger age and both hip were taken many times of injection, so she cannot do more than 30 degree of hip flexion unless i feel that there is an obstacle on TFL area, so she have to do hips abduction first before doing hip flexion, she wonder she have bone structures problem and may need to do operation as internet said. Anyway i convince her to try stretching first and my first attempt on 16May, i did stretching on her lower back and gluteus maximus, medius, TFL, piriformis .............the obstacle on TFL area block all the stretching unless do abduction first, after the stretching she feel some relaxation but very down. Second attempt on 25May is a breakthrough, i used sports massage on her TFL and piriformis before stretching the same area, she feel really sore on those area, i let her have 5 mins rest before stretching the same muscle group as a week before, the result is incredible because all the stretching can be done as usual and no need to do hips abduction before hip flexion! The obstacle on TFL area was replaced by a click when doing hip flexion, she is really happy these two days although she said the sports massage area were still sore, but she feel confort that she may not have any bone structure problems.......... Thank you for asking and wish you have a nice weekend. David
