Here's a new relaxation recording, made in the Haxby Community Hall, yesterday 24 March, 2013. This wonderful workshop was hosted by Regan and Janos; my sincere thanks to both, and to Regan's sister, Tineke, who made lunch (and a momorable dinner!).

This recording includes brief setup instructions; if you want/need more, please refer to the setup instructions from other workshops.
