I noticed that, along the 15 weeks proposed bi Kit, there are some exercises that are proposed in a more hard version from week to week, other are "suspended" and recalled in another following week. my question regards exercises that i find are very useful to maintain and increase my personal flexibility for gymnastic/breakdance skills. For example the seated knee apart and the floor middle upper back bend work well for me and for my brother but, if i follow the book, i don't have to do it for a couple of week now. Conversely can i maintain this stretching position in my flexibility routine always,? maybe adding them to the exercised provided for a certain week? this approach can be done for other positions where i feel myself particularly rigid also after a week of stretch where they are scheduled? thanks to all Alessandro Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
