So far I'm loving the program + relaxations!

 

Some things I've taken away so far :

- Better awareness and coordination of my body (not just neck but also some thoracic stuff I have discovered)

- Feeling more relaxed + sleeping a bit better

- I respond better to other mobility work especially due to the breathing + relaxation work. It took a few sensations to feel the 'wave' of the breath but once I figured out what works for my body in certain positions the body relaxed nicely :)

 

I love the presentation of the material and communication style. To the point, not too fast or slow speech, great cues to build awareness to certain sensations!
