Hey Kit and Olivia,

 

Olivia's latest video on youtube is the BEST dynamic upper body movement routine I've ever used. My shoulder was feeling awful after a bench press session with my friends, and after doing the video the pain is 80% gone.Plus, now I know exactly where the tightness is stemming from. Such a great combo of practical drills + teaching.

Do you guys have a similar routine for the lower body? I'd love to try it if so
