Jake Posted December 10, 2024 Posted December 10, 2024 Hey Kit and Olivia, Olivia's latest video on youtube is the BEST dynamic upper body movement routine I've ever used. My shoulder was feeling awful after a bench press session with my friends, and after doing the video the pain is 80% gone.Plus, now I know exactly where the tightness is stemming from. Such a great combo of practical drills + teaching. Do you guys have a similar routine for the lower body? I'd love to try it if so )
