Hello Kit Laughlin Community, I am Emmanuel Katto.

I hope you’re all doing well! I’m looking to enhance my flexibility, particularly in my hamstrings and lower back, as I’ve recently started incorporating more dynamic movements into my training.

  • What specific techniques or routines would you recommend for targeting these areas?
  • Are there particular stretches or exercises from Kit’s method that could be particularly beneficial?
  • How often should I practice these to see significant improvements without risking injury?

I appreciate any guidance you can provide!
