I’m looking to enhance my flexibility, particularly in my hamstrings and lower back, as I’ve recently started incorporating more dynamic movements into my training. What specific techniques or routines would you recommend for targeting these areas? Are there particular stretches or exercises from Kit’s method that could be particularly beneficial? We're happy to help, but you need to do some preparation work first.
