Feedback on plan/schedule

Hi everyone,

I’m getting ready for my second run through of the starter course, which i simply ran one workout per day every day sequentially. I’m  thinking about switching things up a little bit for a more long-term plan. Because I lift weights five days a week Monday to Friday, my thoughts were to do one ST session right after each workout, and pick and choose workouts based on overall body part focus for each day, e.g. Monday: lower body dominant ST session; Tuesday: upper body dominant ST session; Wednesday: lower body dominant ST session; Thursday: upper body dominant ST session; and Friday: whatever I feel like that day, possibly an ST session targeting particular problem areas I’m trying to improve. I would also try to rotate ST workouts each week such that I’m cycling through most of them.
