Tijntje Posted July 16, 2022 Posted July 16, 2022 I have a ganglion cyst on my right foot, (on the outside, a little under and to the front of my ankle). It is a recurring problem. A couple of years ago I went to a physiotherapist for this and she concluded that it was probably caused by stiffness of the foot causing friction. With some rest, massaging and loosening of the foot it got better. But once in a while it comes back. At the moment it's back, and using the same techniques the physio used doesn't seem to work (enough). Anyone else has the same issue and/or tips for stretches or other advice?
Nathan Posted July 18, 2022 Posted July 18, 2022 Hi there, I don't know enough about ganglion cysts to give specific advice, but here are a few great foot-related resources: Flat feet thread (full of gold nuggets) Kit's foot awakening sequence Foot and ankle follow-along sequence with Liv Hope something there helps!
