The link does not work for me - please help - I just hope I'm not going something stupid.

You do have to create a Vimeo account, but this is both simple and free.

@oliviaa: We will be doing an update of the book itself, just to remedy this link—it's one of the problems of the time lag between publication and use! Can you let me know where you found the URL in your first post, please?
