I just came across this video on Kit's YouTube channel:

It's the first time I have heard of "Monkey Gym Fundamentals". Was this a program that never made it to release? I have and use most of the Stretch Therapy material. Most of it is focused on stretching and improving flexibility. I was thinking the other day that it would be great to have some material focused more on developing strength.

Kit and Co once ran in-person Monkey Gym classes.

While I don't think that any comprehensive Monkey Gym material has been published, elements of it exist around the traps.  Videos, posts here on the forum. and you can find bits and pieces on the Stretch Therapy site:

https://stretchtherapy.net/monkey-gym/

Links on that page to two excellent reference documents:

Foundational skills of the Monkey Gym
Wrist mobility, bodyline exercises, and handstands

100% accurate. Some years ago Olivia and I decided that we would differentiate ourselves in the marketplace by focusing on stretching and mobility. There were many people already working in (or, at least giving the impression of working in) the strengthening area. Liv's BodyLine series, two programs recorded live on a Tuesday and a Friday night back when the Monkey Gym was running full swing, is a good place to start. These programs (part of the Vimeo on Demand work) will be made free this week. I will ask Liv to put the links in a post below.

The YouTube program Brad linked to was actually one of three programs that were accompanying material for an article I wrote in a magazine called The Retiree. I was asked to write this because of an increase in falling accidents in the elderly.

We have every intention of doing more of these – they are on a very long To Do list!

Glad you're enjoying these in the meantime.
