  • Deadlift: 1x6x130kg + 1x7x117,5kg
    • Wouldn't say it was easy, but reps were rather smooth. I'm stronger than last time, for sure! Time to increase the weight.
  • Chin-ups: 4xAMRAP (12-8-7-5)
  • Dead hangs: 2 sets
    • 1m20s + 1m ; those numbers are always lagging behind. Wonder why…
