DanGreen Posted March 10, 2018 Posted March 10, 2018 Hi All! I’ve purchased the ‘how to sit for meditation program’ and love it - it makes me feel simply amazing. However, I’m entering a busy period of life as my teacher training course ramps up and will not have time to complete the 1 hour program all at once. Is it ok, and still effective, to split the program up throughout the day? E.g. 15 Mins in the morning, 15 post work and then the rest in the evening? Thanks for all of your time, Dan.
CraigR Posted March 11, 2018 Posted March 11, 2018 No problem at all, just do what you can as time allows. You could also just focus on the exercises in that program that you feel are the most beneficial for you. It's far better to have done something, regardless of how little, if the alternative is to not do it at all because you don't have time for the full program. 2
Pat (pogo69) Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 Exactly the problem I had with 'How to Sit for Meditation', Dan. I've still not reached the end of the program! I really also should do as proposed, so that I know what everything feels like. I've made it to within 15 mins of the end, a couple of times.
