TonyW Posted August 29, 2017 Posted August 29, 2017 Hi everyone, my first post on the forum. I've just attended the Into The Stretch workshop in London with Kit & Olivia which was revelationary and has changed my mindset on a great many things. I'd been doing GB for the past year and made tremendous improvements in mobility & flexibility (from a starting point of almost zero flexibility!) but had reached a plateau and since discovering ST can now clearly see how that can be overcome and how I can truly become flexible and mobile with some strength thrown in - but still a LONG way to go as my flexibility is still very lacking but just less lacking than previously A question I have on limbering to check my understanding of this. When doing limbering is it done with the body completely relaxed and no contracting whatsoever? and if so would I be right in therefore summing up the main difference between stretching and limbering is that limbering is done while relaxed and stretching adds the relax and contract element to it?
