Bojan Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 Hello. I have a low back pain, so 2 days ago i went to the physical therapists and when he looked at it he said that i have flat lower back. Know i m waiting for renged to arrive. Im very tall guy(202cm) and im very tight. Do you have any suggestions how to correct this? Two pics. https://ibb.co/bCtLKv https://ibb.co/mL45ma
Kit_L Posted August 18, 2017 Posted August 18, 2017 Can you repeat those images, please, but standing, please. I will explain when I can see them (I need the seated and the standing images to see the full picture). When you write, "Know i m waiting for renged to arrive", can you look at this again and perhaps try again? I have no idea what you mean, here. Be aware that physical therapists tend to 'classify' structures they see. Such classifications always sounds like a problem, but they need not be. The key points in your note above are that you are very tall, and very tight. So, you need to loosen up, generally, to start with, to be able to assess what's really going on. The program Overcome back pain will be a good start here, then Master the squat once the body feels more comfortable.
Bojan Posted August 18, 2017 Author Posted August 18, 2017 Thanks for you answer Kit. I wanted to say i was waiting for X-ray. Sorry my english is bad. I m aware of that, thats the reason why i created this topic. I need second opinion. Standing pics. https://ibb.co/n7t6Gk https://ibb.co/f5DgGk https://ibb.co/dHt92Q I bought Craig balistic stretching, can this replace Master the squat program? Soon I 'll buy overcome back pain too.
Kit_L Posted August 19, 2017 Posted August 19, 2017 Hello @Bojan, check this out: Do this test with a friend, and report back. If you have a leg-length difference, that and tight hip flexors will give you back pain, very likely. Craig's program is completely different set of skills. Definitely it is not a replacement for MFS.
