In other post i read Kit recommended using of tight clothes to warm the muscles.

If material over the muscles is tight, but can't stretch (like someone trying to stretch in jeans) then the stretch will be reduced via the mechanism I mentioned. If you are wearing tights and sweat pants (what I recommend to keep heat in) no problem (because they stretch as you move).

Alexander, I will break this discussion into its own thread; this thread is ostensibly about Ashwin's summation of the tips from the Mastery Series.
