Popular Post Emmet Louis Posted May 9, 2016 Popular Post Posted May 9, 2016 Everything in that article could be summed up with your hamstrings are tight because they are weak and trying to do the work of your equally weak hip stablisers. 6
Frederik Posted May 10, 2016 Posted May 10, 2016 My kingdom for a internet-filter ala what Emmet is stating above, ie. "What this article is really saying" (In one sentence or less.) 1
[DW] Posted May 11, 2016 Posted May 11, 2016 My internet filter is so good I didn't even read the article.
Jim Pickles Posted May 12, 2016 Author Posted May 12, 2016 Yes, I think Emmet Louis hit the nail on the head. I posted the article here, because I was confused - so much subtlety mixed in with so much obvious stuff, not clear what level of practitioner was being talked about, etc. I thought it might be part of the "secret" of yoga that I was missing. Now I can go back to my normal down-to-earth approach to hamstring flexibility;
