Hey everybody,
I've been absent for quite some time. I now live and work in Seoul, South Korea. I'm an Osteopath & Stretch/movement teacher. I am about to start running regular pre-natal and postpartum classes to small ground in Seoul - and hopefully a general adults class too (once I find a space).
Anyway, I spent most of my free time practising, reading and writing - Came across this paper and thought you might find it interesting:
I've been developing my own teaching and ideas over the years. I'll post some ideas and things I've been working on a bit later on. I've had interesting personal discoveries from a)dealing with stress b)demonstrating stretches daily and floor living c)combining my practices and what I teach into something coherent.
I've been wanting to communicate and discuss all things stretchy but it's been a busy/stressful year: So far I have hiked to Everest Base Camp, proposed to my girlfriend (We processed the marriage paperwork recently so technically she's my wife, but the wedding is on October 21st in Seoul - if anybody wants to come!), and had to look after my (now) wife who was in hospital and dangerously ill for a few weeks (up to her eyeballs in morphine/fentanyl). She's fine now (thankfully) - stress over.
Anyway, hope you guys enjoy the study - hope to have an interesting discussion about it.
