After >1 year, I'm back. For those who have not previously followed my topics, I am former road cyclist and powerlifter. I have been suffering from chronic epididymitis and related symptoms over the past few years. Later this spring I experienced an acute exacerbation of the symptoms and I have taken antibiotics for >20 days with limited effects. All diagnostic exams were negative. Therefore, I decided to see a doctor at one of the best specialised units in Europe. To cut a long story short, for the first time I found a doctor with a radically different view of my problem. I have been diagnosed with a PNE (pudendal nerve entrapment). This is compatible with the idea I matured over time by listening to my body and fits well with several aspects of my condition. I will shortly start a pharmacological treatment as a fist line, and will likely proceed to a nerve injection in ~6 months to formally test the hypothesis. For the time being, I should not ride a conventional bike (i.e. no saddle) but I have otherwise no limitations. I searched material Re. PNE on the forum but I was unable to find any. I was wondering whether you could help me outlining a list of priorities for my stretching sessions. I have seen new courses coming up, and I was particularly curious about Liv's SLOW-FLOW #1-2. Thanks a lot in advance. Fede
