I just want to express my gratitude to Kit and his Team for their sharing of this profound knowledge. I suffered & suffered...until I read and followed 3 simple exercises...after 2 years of chiropractic and 1 year of accupuncture...still standing/walking sideways...Kits 3 exercises for lower back pain brought instant relief:) !!! Now...as before..I am/was a Yoga teacher. I ALWAYS teach Kit's techniques in my Yoga classes:) Thanks again Kit & Co...all the best for the New Year...and beyond:)
