  1. @NathanThank you! This is perfect.
  2. Hello everyone, Whether it's the seated piriformis stretch or even the one in the chair from Liv's whole body walk through; I can not bring my opposite arm across to have the knee sit in the crease of the arm. Some days I can bare to get a little of the forearm there but it's difficult to get to the effective stretching point. Any suggestions on this? Thanks a bunch, Quentin
  3. @Kit_L could you recommend what type of bolster to purchase? I’m searching on amazon and I can’t figure out what would be best lol
  4. @Kit_L Thanks for the resources and insight! I was definitely not flexible as a child, but in my young adult years I'd become flexible enough to do lotus at least. Office life has done a number on me, what's odd is that I train jiu jitsu often so you'd think I'd still be loose, not the case though. I'll stick with it
  5. Takes quite a bit of work to loosen up those quads eh? Man those buggers are stubborn 🤣 Not as stubborn as my hips in butterfly though. Chipping away at it a bit every week though, things are coming along. Seems my hips and ankles are the hardest to gain more flexibility in.
  6. @Kit_L Good call on recommending this vid to me. That butterfly sequence is very difficult for me currently. Can't really bring my hips above my heels that way lol
  7. @Kit_L Here's a vid of me doing the stretch https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ibTne6vUzBKHcN5fQpaVeK-Lc58HkIVy/view?usp=sharing I think I'm closer to getting it right, pretty sure I got my wires crossed yesterday and was turning the hips and leg the opposite direction lol. Outside of my confusion with this one exercise all the others have been great, especially the cossack squat and piriformis stretches. My ultimate goal for limbering up the body is to be able to sit double lotus eventually, I can't now but I used to be able to a long time ago.
  8. Thank you both for responding! I believe my issue is mostly moving the hips forward and rotating the whole leg. Perhaps it's more that I'm using a plain wall so it's hard to really balance everything. Does that make sense? @Kit_L@Nathan
  9. Hello, quite new to the forum but I've been trying to following along with the Master series for quite some time. Just haven't been very consistent with it haha. I'm attempting to do the Master the squat series as a sort of reboot of my efforts. Currently having issues with E1A, for the life of me I can't seem to get this one right, not sure if it's the angle of the video or just ignorance on my part. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
