Thanks @Kit_L I unfortunately bought the teachers version as I thought it may give me a little bit more information about why the stretches are are important. I was originally thinking of purchasing the book as i thought it may come with a cd that takes you through the stretches but it didn't say on your website. Are all the stretches on the follow along program in the teachers program? Thanks Jonny
