Hi everyone...I currently need some advice to a couple questions: I do have a stiff lower back constantly (I am only 32) I frequently get lower back pain (usually on the right or left lower side) and have the flexibility of a block of concrete and rotation is not that free lol.
Things I know: I have tight hip flexors, and hamstrings and Extremely tight upper thighs
1) am currently doing Liv's slo-flow routine for pancake and hip flexors once a week each should I continue doing this or should I put these on hold and start doing the overcoming back pain which I just purchased?
2) how many of the follow alongs do people on average choose to follow? I know I shouldn't be stretching if I feel sore but I usually feel better after stretching when I am sore
